Robert Still is a Fellow of both the CIPD and the Institute of Consultants with over 20 years HR experience. Accredited with the NCVO, for the last twelve years Robert has provided HR-related management training, consultancy, one-to-one mentoring and mediation services.

His approach is firstly to listen and fully understand client requirements, before aligning himself to the organisation and designing specific solutions that deliver on agreed objectives.

Committed to sustained and trusting client relationships Robert has worked with national charities, housing associations, social care organisations, advice centres, museums, colleges, and local authorities.

His clients currently include City & Islington College, Natural History Museum, Refugee Council, Electoral Commission, NAM, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, UNISON and Action on Hearing Loss.
