Robert Still is a Fellow of the CIPD and has worked in the field of HR within the non-profit sector for over twenty years; ten years within several London charities, a further 10 years with the consultancy LEVELheaded and independently since January 2007.

Robert provides HR-related management training, consultancy and one-to-one mentoring services. His approach is firstly to listen and fully understand client requirements, before aligning himself to the organisation and designing specific solutions that deliver on agreed objectives.

Committed to sustained and trusting client relationships Robert has worked with leading national charities, housing associations, social care organisations, advice centres, museums, colleges, and local authorities.

His clients currently include Cancer Research UK, Natural History Museum, Refugee Council, Lifelong Learning UK, West Kent Housing Association, Dimensions, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Unison and Early Years Childcare Partnerships.
