Designing and tailoring

Each training workshop is designed and tailored to the specific organisation.

Often part of launching new HR policies, Robert works closely with his clients, listening and questioning to understand their requirements fully.

Aligning himself to the client organisation, understanding their management issues, he designs workshops with impact and agreed objectives.

Practice sessions

role players

Managers have to know what to say and say what they mean.

HR policies require managers to conduct one-to-one meetings with people professionally. The meetings can involve investigation or assessment, and are often about sensitive matters or containing difficult conversations.

STILL HR training workshops give participants the opportunity to practice conducting effective meetings on such issues as sickness, attendance, bullying, grievance, poor performance, misconduct, or assessment based selection interviews.

To remove the embarrassment of participants being asked to role play, Robert works with a small group of role playing actors who fulfil the role of the employee.

In liaison with the client, scenarios are created which then allow managers the chance for ‘real life’ application of the policy and practise through one-to-one meetings.

Investment required

The cost of a one-day workshop starts from £750 plus VAT.

With each assignment the specific work involved and costs will be agreed.

Consideration is given to the preparation required, meetings attended, design, materials, role players, location in UK, number of workshops requested, information handout sheets, attendance certificates and evaluation forms.

Please contact Robert to discuss the full needs of your organisation.
